Father and son from Germany lived another unforgettable experience chasing Beceite ibex.
After spotting groups of young males and females, we saw a great group of about 15 males of different sizes and ages around 800 meters away.
After a short but demanding stalk through very thick and thorny vegetation, we got into position just 200 meters from the group.
The plan we had was perfect, but we needed good shooting from the hunters and a bit of luck too… and it worked.
First, Thomas took his shot (he needed three rounds as he was a bit nervous) and right after, Wolfgang (the father) shot his ibex with a perfect shot.
Both ibexes fell just 50 meters apart, creating an unforgettable memory for father and son.
